Und sehr geehrter Herr Prof.!

Sie sind vom Theoriewissen ihren Kollegen vermutlich sogar überlegen, ein wahrer Top-Ökonom. Aber sie müssen erkennen, dass das Niveau für den 1. Studienabschnitt zu hoch ist und dass ihre Studenten mehrheitlich keine elitären Mathematiker sind. Besprechen Sie sich vielleicht einmal mit den Kollegen Tappeiner oder Sutter, wie diese TöE2 gestaltet haben.

Viel Glück weiterhin, wobei eine LV-Leitung im 2. Abschnitt für alle Beteiligten keine schlechte Option wäre. Think about it ;)

Bravo, da lernt man monatelang und nach der Prüfung kann man hoffen, dass man es gerade irgendwie geschafft hat.. im Endeffekt muss man sich dann wieder neu motivieren und von vorne beginnen und nochwas, man hatte sonst nichts zu lernen ausser TÖE 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :x:

Ich hoffe das sich hier bald mal was ändert, denn ansonsten sehe ich meinen !!!!BWL!!!! Abschluss mehr als gefährdet..

few more comments:

1) learning is not simply how much time you spend reading the book. If you read the book many hours but you do not understand it, then you learn nothing at the end. Some time ago I had to take Philosophy exam. One of the required readings was Nietzsche. I was trying to read his book many hours but I simply could not understand it. So, I never learnt Nietzsche, even though I invested a lot of time into reading his book :)

2) "Aufgabe mit der Bündelung" was on the list of exercises in the "Übungsblatt in den E-Campus". OK, exercise in e-campus was not very complicated BUT if you knew how to solve it, you should have no problem solving a more difficult exercise in the exam because the solution idea is the same, only context is different. also nearly the same exercises is in Pindyck, pages 418-420 in English edition


3) Game theory example is nearly the same as you had in PS or one of my previous exams. see also p. 489 in English edition of Pindyck


4) "Glühwein" exercise is, in reality, an exercise with only two different sellers. Ashok and Boris have the same marginal costs and the same fixed costs. So, whatever the solution is, they would always sell the same amount of punch. And you should already know how to solve heterogeneous Cournot duopoly because exactly this example was in July exam...

5) the remaining exercises were all taken from Pindyck book:
Aufgabe 3 (Kohlebergwerk) - simple application of Coase theorem . see pages 671-672 in English edition

Aufgabe 4 (Silber Minen) - resourse production by monopoly and competitive firm - see p. 576 in English edition

Aufgabe 5 (Benotungssystem) - extraction of asymmetric information - see pages 637-638 in English edition

6) I really think that anyone who studied only with Pindyck book should be able to solve all exam exercises. It was not that difficult at all. I am sure when you see "Musterlösung" you will think the same way.

auch die lösungswege, das ist auch der grund, warum offene fragen waren!
