    Hilfe

    Steh total auf der Leitung, kann mir bitte jemand helfen

    For two companies A and B, costs of debt are 5% p.a. Both companies have equal business risk. Company A is financed exclusively by equity, shareholders demand a ROE of 12%; company B has a debt ratio of 50%.

    a) Company A has a shareholder value of 5.000.000 €. Calculate the absolute ROI (EBIT) of company A.
    b) Company B has the same ROI (EBIT) as company A. What is the shareholder value of B?
    c) Calculate the cost of equity for company B.

    K ... ich kann mich da jetzt total blamieren od. es hat doch scho ein wenig was gebracht das lernen

    Also zu Antwort
    a) geh mal davon aus, dass bei 5 % und 12 % der Rwacc in da mitte liegt ( 50 % dept rate is Leverage von 1 ).. was dann 8,5 % sind
    ROI = Rwacc * (E+D) und bei Firma A is D = 0 --> umformen und ROI is 425000 dann bei mir

    b) naja ... bei Firma B is halt (E+D) 50:50 was dann für E die hälfte von 5000000 ausmachn würd. Das sollte ja der SV sein.

    c) is dann ROe = E * Re und dabei hab ich dann ... 300000

    a) 425.000
    b)2.500.000
    c) 300.000

    wie gesagt .. kann ned garantierne das es passt war meine Überlegung

    hallo
    ich bin auf eine andere lösung gekommen
    a) die Formel dazu ist ja ROI= rwacc * (E+D)
    und wenn einee firma keine schulden hat dann ist rwacc=re (kosten für das Eigenkapital) und ROI=ROE
    also hier: ROI= 0,12 *(500000)
    ROI=60.000

    b) da beide das gleiche business risk haben hat firm b ein rwacc von 12%
    also 60000=0,12*(E+d)
    D+E= 500000
    E=250000=D

    c) rwacc= rd*(D/D+E) + re *(E/E+D)
    0,12= 0,05 *0,5 + re * 0,5
    re= 0,19 = 19%

    aber ganz sicher bin ich mir auch nicht

    Hey ... ich hab jetzt zwar in den Unterlangen ned nachgeschaut usw. aba ich hab mir deine Lösung angeschaut und die macht wesentlich mehr Sinn. Außerdem hab ich nachgedacht und es war im PS ja auch so ein BSP.
    Wenn die Firma keien Schulden hat dann is Re = Rwacc. b lässt sich ja unabhängig davon eh gleich lösen und bei kommt das gleiche dann raus, wenn ma jetzt des aus da Graphik raus liest. Rd is 5 %, Rwacc is 12 % - nachdem ja das Buisness Risiko für beide Firmen gleich is - was dann zur Folge hätte, dass Re 19 % is

    Ich entschuldige mich da gleich mal, dass ich davor des falsche reingestellt hab. Das passiert halt, wenn ma da einfach mal schnell überlegt und ned nachdenkt -.-

    Ich habe folgende Ergänzungen:

    A normative theory makes statements about what people should do in order to
    achieve their goals 0 0 --> richtig (siehe Folien)

    The efficient markets hypothesis (EMH) can be seen as a kind of generalization of the
    random walk thesis 0 0 --> richtig (siehe Buch)

    Superior information cannot be harmful for me if the others do not know that I have
    superior information 0 0 --> falsch (Zusatzinfo kann schädlich und nützlich sein, egal in welcher Konstellation oder für wen.)

    was würdet ihr denn bei dieser frage schreiben?

    A person, who has no experience and no information at all, will perform in the stock market
    at an average rate (market return). A person, who has no experience at all in motorcar
    racing, will cross the finishing line as last. Explain the difference between both.

    hab noch ne frage wo ich mir nicht sicher bin:

    There are three stocks A, B, and C with the following characteristics:
    Stock: A B C
    Expected return: A:0,07 B:0,085 C:0,13
    Beta: A:0,5 C:1,5
    Total risk (sigma): A:0,4 B:0,75
    Further data: sM=0,6 ,risk-free-rate 0,04 ,correlation(AB)=0,3
    What is under the condition of a CAPM-efficient market..
    a) .. the risk-premium of the market (RPM)?
    b) .. the beta of stock B?
    c) .. the return of a portfolio B (2/3) and C (1/3)?
    d) .. the covariance covAM?
    e) .. the systematic risk (in terms of s) of C?
    f) .. the nonsystematic risk (in terms of s) of B?
    g) .. the risk (in terms of s) of portfolio AB (1:1)?
    h) .. the slope of the capital market line?
    i) .. the beta of a portfolio B (2/3) and C (1/3)?
    j) .. the covariance covAB?

    bei h) und j) hab ich probleme , könnte mir das jemand bitte erklären?
    danke im voraus
