also a) und b) hab ich gleich wie du, allerdings weiß ich nicht genau wie ich auf c) kommen soll, wie ist da dein rechengang?

Bei c hab ich mir das so gedacht:
ich hab mir gedacht 1 Einheit entspricht 500, dann investiere ich in A +2 (also +1000) und in B -1 (also -500)
das hab ich dann in die Formel fürs PF-Risiko eingesetzt und dann erhalte ich 0,0537.

Firm A has a EBIT of 80.000, EPS are 10 EUR and the price of one share is 100 EUR. Firm A is partly financed by a bank credit (L=1) with an interest rate of 6%.

rE = rF + RPbuissnes + L*RPbusiness
rWacc = re*E/GK + rD*D/GK
EPS = 10
L = 1; rD = 0,5

a) calculate rE and rWacc

EBIT/shares = P
EBIT / P = shares
Shares = 800

EPS = ROE/shares
10 = ROE/800
ROE = 8.000
ROE = Eearnigs*re
8.000 = 80.000*re
re = 0,1

rWacc = 0,1*0.5/1 + 0,06*0,5/1
rWacc = 0,08

b) Calculate the shareholder value of a Firm A and the number of outstanding shares

SV = ROI*deptratio / WACC
SV = 80.000*0,5 / 0,08
SV = 500.000

Outstanding shares
Shares = 800 ???

c) There is a second firm B, which is unlevered. It has the same EBIT, EPS and share price as firm A and you consider firm B to have the same business risk as well. Firm B is not fairly priced. Is the share price to high or too low according to MM? How could a free lunch strategy look like?

ist B nicht underpriced? es hat einen wert von 100, müsste aber 125 haben.oder?

ne. les mal die angabe. "...same share price as A.... B isn't fair priced..." es sollte also eig der gleiche share price sein, ist aber nicht der fall, also overpriced
